COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION CENTRE(CEC)

Competitive Examination Centre of the College provides counseling and guidance for competitive examination such as Bank Probationary/Clerical examination, MPSC/ UPSC and others. The Centre admitted 125 students during the academic year 2016-17. Mr. Rahul Nitware delivered lectures on Quantitative Aptitude and General Studies. Mr. Sudarshan Pawar guided the students on the topic of Logical Reasoning. Miss Priya Colaco and Miss. Poornima Kulkarni guided the students on topics such as: Essay Writing, Communicative English, and Comprehension Mr. L. S. Baisane and Dr. R. B. Sonawane provided regular guidance and help to students.

The Ness Wadia College of Commerce students Consumer Co-operative storers was established in the year 2004. The basic idea behind the formation of the store is to creat a platform for the students to incalculate business skills provide hands on experience. At present more than 400 students are members of the store. the store is managed by the students under the guidance of Dr. Rajesh Raut and Dr. Mahendra Agale

OPEN THEATRE

It is a platform provided by College to students who wish to explore their talents in extracurricular activities like Dance, Drama, Poetry and many more fields. This will help them to prepare for various competitions at intercollegiate level.

Canteen Facilities

College Canteen

  1. The College Mess and Canteen facilities are for the students and the staff members of the five institutions in the Wadia College Campus.
  2. The Mess and Canteen Hall is used only for the Breakfast Lunch and Dinner and at such timings as notified.
  3. Outsiders are not permitted in the Mess and Canteen.
  4. The Mess and the Canteen are mainly under the control of the Secretary of the Modern Education Society who enters into a contract with a party which in turn runs the mess and canteen. The difficulties and complaints if any should proceed through proper channel.
  5. All Mess and Canteen matters are placed before the Mess and Canteen Committee.

The Centre for English and Foreign Languages (CEFL) has been established with a view to imparting world-class training in English and Foreign Languages. The center takes pride in having a well-equipped digital language lab with 25 computers.

The Certificate Course in Spoken English is designed for the overseas as well as Indian students to sharpen their conversational skills. The students are exposed to the international English language and given more speaking practice through the language software which helps them to improve their pronunciation tremendously.
